i am currently working on offering in-network insurance for select providers in washington state. in the meantime, i am happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, provided that you are able to give me a valid prescription from your doctor or prescribing entity PRIOR TO your appointment.

clients intending to obtain a superbill are not eligible for sliding-scale rates at this time. Rates for superbills are as follows:

• 60m session — $120

• 90m session — $165

*PLEASE NOTE that if you do not have a valid prescription/referral by the time of your appointment, I will not be able to write you a superbill!
